Sun Set

Don't let the sun set on me
I've got to know my kids are free
From unjust laws and peer envy
From learning wrongful history
From bouts of mental slavery.

All kids deserve to live elate
To witness right perpetuate
To rise above all vices hate
To enjoy a fresh clean spiritual slate
Don't let the sun set on me.

Let the sun set when my mission is through
When my kids are prepared and they know what to do
When each of them has ordered affairs
And they no longer have a need for me to be there.
