Vibrantly chosen to be the one
Basking wisdom in the sun
Excited acceptance of something divine
Everlasting throughout the mark of time
Fading like a rose set to dry in sunlight
Waning reflections on water in pale moon in night
Dancing like the stars, far up in the sky
Raining fragrant drops of tears
From the corner of her eye
Wishing, wanting yearning, crying
Laughing, loving, satisfying
Years gone by, only time gained
Yearning lost in dances with rain
Satisfying enough, the laughter stayed
But as for love, it faded away
It's gone with the years
The energy died
And so did her heart
With tears in its eyes
